Groundwork case study
The Range are a leading Home, Leisure and Garden retailer who have recently opened a large premises on the outskirts of Edinburgh.
The site was empty for some five years and the public space in their large estate was completely neglected. The site consisted of overgrown lawn, shrubs, hedges and borders.
The remit was to prune, trim, strim and generally get the public spaces back under control for the stores multimillion pound opening.
Once we won the highly competitive tendering process we then built a Health and Safety policy specifically for this project.
This project was completed on time and under budget.
